Learning outcome:
-Communication: Our team has a good amount of respect for each other so communication is real good in our team.
-Support each other: If one of us is stuck on something or need a hand our team is always helpful.
-Give and receive constructive criticism: If someone criticizes my work i don't take it personal but see it as a way to improve. When i criticize other peoples work i do it in a respectful way.
-Reliability: Being able to be there when the team needs you. And if not, inform the team asap so they can organize a way to carry on without you.
-Scheduling: We wrote out a scheduling plan because not only does it make it faster to do a project but it keeps us up to date on dead lines and what is ahead.
-Personal accountability: Being responsible for your work. Don't be afraid to take blame if something goes wrong.
-Feed of each others knowledge: If someone knows something you don't, don't be afraid to ask someone that does. and if you know something that another person doesn't take the time to help and give advice. (I find great pleasure in doing this)
-Have fun as a person: You only live once so why waste it being negative. Being positive will not only raise the morale of the team but helps you to have more fun.
